Diet and exercise, and proper rest, are important in the reduction of body fat and lean body mass. Resistance training can help to stimulate HGH production from your body’s own resources. In HGH deficient patients these factors are not enough. This is even more true in patients that are dealing with obesity, because it suppresses the natural secretion of HGH even more.
