  1. Those are some really helpful tips and many of them I have tried and still use to this day. They really help ease anxiety and you can avoid having to take meds for it.

  2. When you rid your life of anxiety, it will be a much more pleasant world. I mean it, I am working on it right now and I have had a lot of success with only a few minor setbacks.

  3. I had no idea the percentage of Americans suffering from anxiety was 13% of the population. That seems incredibly high, but I guess with the number of stress stimuli in our lives today it could actually be higher.
