  1. I wouldn’t have guessed that apricots would have taken the top spot. I was expecting acai or goji berries to be there. That’s a good thing because I eat a lot of dried apricots all year long.

  2. Does anyone know if this holds true for dried apricots and berries? I like to keep them in my desk fro a quick boost of energy and if I am getting other health benefits from them, it’s a big bonus! 🙂

  3. These are all foods that we should be eating anyway. It’s kind of ironic that the foods that will make you healthy are the foods that you have been told to eat your whole life and just thought was a bunch of bull. I guess our parents were right, eat your vegetables!

  4. All of the foods listed I eat, but not specifically for anti-aging. I simply like them. Sadly though, Atlantic Salmon looks like it is going to soon be radio active thanks to Japan’s nuclear reactor continuing to leak massive amounts of radio active waste water into the ocean.

  5. Is it just wild salmon or the farm raised salmon that is beneficial? I have heard that there is a difference between the two but can’t remember what it was.
