  1. Arctic char it is for dinner then tonight! I really like salmon so if char is close or the same, I’ll go with the more sustainable one.

  2. At first green juice smells and tastes disgusting. That’s because our bodies aren’t used to those tastes any more with all of our pre-packaged, fake foods that we have. I have been using a green juice supplement for months now, and I got used to it after only a few weeks. The taste is normal to me now and I feel more alive than ever before!

  3. This was a good read and educational. I only knew what two of the recommended foods were. I used to think I was a bit of a healthy eating whiz, but obviously there is still room to learn more.
