7 Ways to Combat Aging – Fight Aging

  1. Can you tell me which fish oil supplement is best or are they all the same? There seems to be a shelf full of them at the store and I don’t want a bad one that will just waste my time and money.

  2. Slowing the aging process is important to a lot of us. I didn’t realize that massage could be so beneficial but it does make sense to reduce your stress level and massage is a quick way to do that. I also think that staying in shape will not only help us look younger, but it will make us feel younger too!

  3. Stress is a bad thing and trying to relieve it can become even more stressful. A good idea to help relieve stress is to talk about it to someone. Just the act of talking about what has you stressed can really help alleviate much of it in a short amount of time.
