  1. I think we all start to put on the pounds once we get married. Why is that? Is it a mental thing or are we just becoming more sedentary?

  2. I think that working out together with my spouse is good for cardio, but if I am having a resistance day, I have to do that alone otherwise my workout isn’t as intense and some days becomes a waste of time.

  3. I think people who are married tend to settle into a rut. They do the same thing over and over and don’t let their bodies try anything new. This creates less muscle confusion and more sedentary habits that make us fat.
