  1. Increasing your hgh makes the other two things we should be able to do much easier! Lifting weights and satisfying a woman are both directly related to how much testosterone we have.

  2. The color red to lift more weight? That’s an interesting theory and I think I will try it out the next time I am at the gym. I haven’t been able to go as much as I would like so the extra boost might do me some good.

  3. The right hand visualization does work! My trainer always taught me that and I thought it was a bunch of bull, but it does help me get a couple more reps out of my workout and that’s what sold me on it.
