the onset of rheumatoid arthritis. In addition, a Japanese report that was cited
on the Herbs for Health magazine suggests that ten cups of green day per day is
enough to avoid getting cancer. Finally, the Saitama Cancer Research Institute
concluded that women who drank five cups or more of green tea once a day have
fewer recurrences of breast cancer.
