New Hgh user - Symptom Question

I recently started taking 1iu/day of injectable Hgh. After about a week, I noticed my neck muscles were very tense. It has gotten worse and now I am experiencing spasms in my neck at night. I went to a chiropractor to get adjusted, thinking something may be out of place, but I have experienced only minimal relief. Is this a symptom of Hgh? Or something else that is just a coincidence?
