Has anyone had success using hypnosis to help you change your habits? Like to lose weight, workout more, stop craving a certain food, fall asleep easier, etc?
My mother used hypnosis, and ever since she cannot even drink a mouthful of soda. She liked a lot more fruits and vegetables after, as well.
I think it might be worth looking into to increase the drive to exercise, or reduce junk food cravings.
