Celebrities, Weight Loss, and You

Just want everyone to remember that we are all role models for someone. Eating healthy, exercising, and maintaining a healthy weight is important. Dropping way too many pounds or barely eating in order to look a certain way is dangerous. Look at stars like Hilary Duff--your daughters look up to them. Then she goes and loses all her muscle and drops to skin and bones in a year. Why? She was healthy, athletic, and toned, and now she looks frail and weak. Whatever stars like her are doing, it's not healthy for them, or for the young kids who want to be like them.

Always be healthy--don't use drugs or extreme diets to fit into a pair of size 0 jeans if your body isn't meant to be that tiny! If you're naturally small, make sure you are still eating healthy--not chowing down on donuts and pizza just because you "can" and still be thin!
