You must have a very slow metabolism. There are many natural ways that you can speed that up and effectively lose more weight but you need to stick to it. As you get older, your metabolism begins to slow down and you won't lose much weight at all any more. Try hgh, it will give you the boost you need.

You are correct. Every body is different. It takes time and is not easy. From what i experienced through observation and personal experience is you need to stay with it. Some people can get results immediately and other it takes months or longer.
It seems like it kicks in at different times depending on the person. Usually people who have over eaten for years it might take 4 months of dieting for it to kick in and to start making progress. The point is it does kick in you just need to stick with it.

Another major point is when you start eating more protein and drop the bad carbs and replace them with broccoli and asparagus your body will start replacing fat with muscle. Since muscle weight more than fat you do not loose weight.

What happens is your belly and muscles start to tighten and lift and you have more energy and feel better.

To get the best results HGH helps along with other hormones if you are deficient in those.
