I've considered taking HGH though, if I can increase the levels of HGH in my body naturally, I'd rather not.

You will find that there aren’t really naturally proven ways that you are going to increase the levels of human growth hormone that are in your body. You will find that people that are overweight or have other issues physically or mentally are going to have lower levels of the human growth hormone.

It seems like being extremely healthy (losing weight, getting the perfect amount of sleep, avoiding unhealthy food, working out a lot) might help you to raise HGH levels naturally, but not only is there no scientific proof of this, people with low HGH levels have tons of trouble sleeping properly, cutting weight, working out strenuously, etc.

I think some people need a little help getting started at least. Because taking and HGH supplement can give you the strength and energy to start working out and eating right, and then living better will help them keep their HGH levels high on their own after that.
