I have heard about human growth hormone but I don’t know what it really is. If the human body creates it why would I want something synthetic? Being short in stature will it help me grow?

HGH that is produced by the human body can only be harvested from the pituitary glands of dead people. Not only is it gross, but it can make people sick because dead flesh can carry disease-causing organisms. Synthetic HGH has all the same affects without being dangerous. It is safe to use and has been proven safe not only in clinical trials but in use on actual patients that need it.
hgh is used to help children who are not growing properly to achieve a taller adult height, but it is not known whether or not it can increase height in adults who have stopped growing already. Depending on your age, you might see some height increase from it.
