If I don't want to do injections, is there a type of supplement that is best for hockey players? I need to be in good cardio condition, drop about ten of those last stubborn pounds of fat, and get a little more muscle in my upper body (but not bulk up) are all hgh supplements the same, or do some work better for some sports athletes than others?
