According to a spokesperson from the AZ senators office It appears that McCain that as of march the 5th has reconsidered the bill that he introduced in February 2010 (The Dietary Supplement Safety Act) that would have limited the access to many easily obtainable health supplements such as herbs, vitamins and amino acids. Instead McCain’s new bill would concentrate only on how to make supplements manufacturers be more accurate on their labeling.
