HGH for Joint problems in the UK?

Does anyone know any doctors in the UK who would prescribe HGH for joint problems in the UK?
I have a very loose sacroiliac joint with very loose ligaments on one side due to an accident.

Please let me know if anyone knows how to get HGH prescribed for joint / ligament repair in the UK.
