Sometimes, even when you are at a healthy weight, eat properly, and exercise, you end up stuck with double chin. Double chins can be hard to get rid of, because there aren't many exercises that can effectively target that area. One of the ways you can keep a double chin from ruining your image is with makeup.

Use a darker shade of powder or foundation than you would use for your face (but not too dark) and put it on under your jaw in the triangle may by your jaw bone and your neck. If you sweep and blend correctly, your double chin will be well-camouflaged from the front, but what you did won't be obvious. There will still be some of a camouflage effect from a side view, but not as much from the front.

Also, cut out sodium and drink more water. Many people retain water in the face.
