#18126 Hey, is there any way to get this new thing EGRIFTA without a prescription? The FDA said its safe to use in people with AIDS. You inject it into your stomach and it gets rid of stomach fat!

#18153 I did a little research on this, and there is currently no legal way to get this without a prescription, but they are starting to test its effectiveness in other people (people who don't have AIDS) so if you're patient it might be approved for other people struggling with stubborn abdominal fat soon!
It sounds like it would be a good way to spot reduce fat that is resistant to diet and exercise.

#18282 Yeah yeah this article i read talked about how their muscles waste away, but many of them will have fat in their stomachs, like when you see "skinny fat" people who are light and little but still have unhealthy fat, you know? And if their muscles are almost gone then they can't really exercise hard enough to get rid of the belly fat. So they made this EGRIFTA stuff.

#20052 The concept of Egrifta is really not that new it is just another prescription releaser just like sermorelin (GRF 1-29) or the brand name Geref. If you look, the chemical name of egrifta which is tesamorelin you can see that it is from the same family of Geref which is sermorelin acetate. Anyhow it is possible that both might have the same effect on fat the only issue is getting them egrifta needs a prescription but geref has been discontinued and only the generics can be found but not without risk.

#20127 supposedly HGh releasers like sermorelin geref and tesamorelin egrifta are safer than HGH because they actually stimulate our own bodies into making our own HGH. whereas injecting HGH might cause out HGH making capacity to completely shut down making it harder for us to live normally without HGH injections. This is the reason HGH is taken in cycles.

#20247 That sounds like testosterone therapy; one of the risks is that your body won't make as much (or any!) of its own anymore. That would be a good reason to stick with releasers rather than HGH injections.

#21491 You have to have a prescription to get EGRIFTA, but if you are dealing with lipodystrophy due to side effects from your AIDS medication, your treating physician should have no hesitations about prescribing it to you. It is actually made from a growth-releasing factor, so it works like HGH to remove deposits of belly fat. Several insurance companies have even started covering it. Be sure to check out the patient assistance programs that are out there that could help you pay for it!

#21492 We’ve come so far in treating HIV and AIDS, so that it isn’t a death sentence anymore, but the drugs involved can wreak havoc on your self esteem. Some cause a huge deposit of belly fat that just won’t go away! EGRIFTA has been a life saver. It gets rid of that belly fat; I honestly don’t know how, but it works! You do have to have a prescription, but doctors who are treating patients with HIV will be falling all over themselves to offer this to their patients!
