Has anyone tried and HGH spray and does it really work? My research indicates that sprays don't really work, but it's hard to tell because everyone claims that their product is the best and all the others don't work at all. And they all have scientific sounding info to back up their claims! I'd like to know if sprays really work, because I don't want to needle myself and taking pills sometimes upsets my stomach.

yo i dont think those sprays really work. one of my buddies is always trying everything and he says those things dont do sh*t.

hey there are some supplements that are chews, almost like candy (dont taste like candy though!) that actually do work. some of them are amino acids that your body needs to build muscle. their called bcaas or branched chain amino acids.
