at least it had been getting worse over the years. then my wife got this
book and it really helped me a lot and now my hair is growing back where
it used to be bald.

You also probably need to increase your intake of protein and zinc as it they are very beneficial for the hair.

- Wed Sep 25, 2013 6:13 pm #68180 When I started losing my hair, I shaved my head and never looked back. There are a lot of reasons for baldness, some hereditary, while others are more medical in nature. If you don't have a pattern of baldness in your family, ask your doctor what's up.
