Weight Loss, Aging, and Human Growth Hormone

Obesity has become a huge issue in North America, and it is an issue that is spreading across the globe. It seems that it doesn’t take long for a country to develop an obesity problem after cheap and plentiful food becomes available. There are several theories as to why it seems so difficult for many people to refrain from overeating, but it is obvious that there is more than just an aesthetic issue.

Although many people feel pressure to lose weight in order to look a certain way, there is more at stake than just fitting into a smaller pair of pants. Obesity can cause or contribute to a large variety of medical problems. Excess weight is strongly correlated with high blood pressure and cholesterol, arthritis, chronic pain in the back and joints, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, asthma, and many other difficult conditions. If a person who carries extra weight loses just ten percent of his body weight, he can greatly cut his chances of suffering obesity-related complications.

When reviewing these kinds of facts, it becomes obvious why the weight loss industry is worth so many billions of dollars. Many people are desperate to lose weight, and have trouble doing it on their own. There are so many products and programs out there that promise quick, lasting weight loss, that it’s all too easy to throw away good money. Is there anything out there that actually works to provide healthy and long-lasting weight loss?

There have been many promising studies that have documented the positive effects of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) treatments. Human Growth Hormone, as the name suggests, is naturally produced by the human body. This hormone is responsible for a wide variety of effects, including keeping the metabolism running at high speed and maintaining lean muscle mass. HGH levels peak in the teenage years, which is why so many teenagers seem to be able to eat whatever they want, stay up late every night, and still maintain high energy levels and lean, lithe bodies. Many negative effects that have until recently been viewed as “natural” effects of aging are actually due to lower levels of HGH.

Patients who receive HGH injections experience a large number of positive effects and report a much higher quality of life after receiving treatment. Recipients tend to lose weight until they achieve a healthy BMI, and keep the weight off much more easily than in the past. Other effects include an increased ability to build and retain lean muscle, greater skin elasticity (which tends to result in fewer wrinkles and fine lines and less cellulite,) greater energy levels with less of a need to sleep, greater strength and flexibility, and plump, glowing, youthful looking skin.

Although HGH injections certainly sound like a cure for the ailments of aging, there is great controversy over their use. HGH has been approved by the FDA as a weight loss treatment, but since no long-term studies have been done on its anti-aging effects, it is not approved for use as an anti-aging treatment. For now (officially, at least) all of its other benefits remain as “side effects” when HGH is used to treat obesity.

Unfortunately, since many physicians are nervous of being accused of prescribing HGH for its non-approved uses, they shy away from prescribing it for weight loss as well, even though it is approved for that use. There are many obese people who would greatly benefit from HGH injections who are not receiving it due to the controversy surrounding it. Many people fear that HGH will be “abused” as a “cure” for aging. There are those who hold the view that aging is natural and preventing some of its effects is therefore unnatural, and obviously this increases the uncertainty around the use of this naturally occurring hormone for any reason. Until more long-term studies are done, it is likely that it will remain difficult to find doctors willing to prescribe this life-changing treatment.

As long as beneficial treatments like this are difficult to get, there will be ways to find them on the internet. As it turns out, there are many products, perfectly legal to purchase and use, that prompt the body to produce more of its own HGH. These HGH precursors can be found under such names as HGH Advanced, GHR1000, and Genf20 Plus. Many of these products can be purchased with money-back guarantees, which provides some assurance that if for some reason the purchaser does not experience the advertised benefits, they will not be out the cost of the product.

Perhaps one day, legally prescribed HGH injections will be a commonplace obesity and anti-aging treatment. Until then, it will likely remain difficult to find a doctor willing to treat stubborn extra weight with Human Growth Hormone, and sales of HGH precursors will probably remain brisk.

  1. This is a well-written article. Too many people care only about how they look and not their health on the inside. then they think since they will never be a size 4 they might as well give up, and they get less and less healthy. Nice reminder that health is what counts, not what you look like.

  2. HGH therapy could well be the solution we have been waiting for all this time to aid us in all our efforts to achieve health and wellness. It is advisable therefore that you do not just jump into the league of HGH supplements or injections user. Make an informed decision by learning all that you can, including the possible side effects that you may encounter. HGH could be helpful if it is used right.
