Weight Loss Hype and Lies: What Really Works and What Doesn't

The weight loss industry brings in billions of dollars a year. For most people, it is difficult to lose weight and keep it off, and with current beauty standards, more than 95% of men and women feel that they would look better if they were thinner. As a result, there is never a shortage of people desperate enough to try just about any product if it promises to help them lose a few pounds.
