These are special games that are available for people that are over the age of 50 and will not qualify for any other type of Olympic games. With the Senior Olympic Games, you get to complete with seniors that are similar to you. The competition stays fair and there are many different age groups where people are competing against people that are the same age as them. If you want to exercise and help reduce the look of aging, you need to do anaerobic exercise. This exercise helps increase your HGH or human growth hormone by 530% in some studies, which is great. This is a hormone that helps with anti aging, helps with bettering cholesterol, and overall will help reduce aging in the older population. You need to make sure that you are doing the anaerobic exercises with this. These are sprint workouts that can be tied to the Senior Games and are things like running, swimming, cycling, and skiing.

Do not start a workout as a senior without getting the clearance, you could seriously hurt yourself or over-exert yourself which is going to cause you to have some huge issues that you don’t want to deal with and may cost you your chance at the Senior Games.

What you should do is determine what you want to compete in when it comes to the Senior Games. Pick an event or two and start training for those. You want to make sure that you are creating a training program that is going to work for you and if you don’t have one set up, you need to make sure that you are getting it set up by someone that can help you.
